18lb gain on first cycle, only on wk 4, pic
This is my 4th week on my cycle.
Test Prop wk1-4 100mg ed
Test E wk1-12 250 mg twice a week
Dbol - wk 2-6 40 mg ed
taking nolva and ldex
Ive always been a real hard gainer, but finally I went from 196 to 214. Im not packing much water or fat that I can see, still very cut. Just did a shoot actually and Im at like 6% body fat. Can someone critique this cyle a bit, I think I may be in a bit of rut, still gaining strength, but not as sore as Id like to be.
5 day training rutine
Chest/abs/calves
Flat dbell 4 sets 8 reps
Incline dbell same reps
Flat or incline flys same reps
Back-just changed routine
Dbell rows superset with bent over lat raises 4 sets 8 reps
Dead lifts same reps
close grip cable pull downs, drop sets
Legs/calves/abs
Squats-4 sets 8 reps
Single leg press- same reps
Hamstring extensions superset with quad extensions same reps
Bi's/Tri's
Superset-cable pull downs for tris followed by alt dbell curls, 4 sets 8 reps
Barbell curls-same reps
45 degree hammer curls same reps
skull crushers
overhead extensions-usually too swole at this point
Shoulders/abs/calves
Dbell press-4 sets 8 reps
Super set barbell lat raises with standing barbell press-same reps
Side raises- same reps
shrugs
2 days off
Should I just take one day off since my recovery times are better cause of the gear? Anything to change or watch for? Thanks.

where are the pics? and how many cycles have you done... because 1200mg of test a week is alot... no wonder you gained 18 pounds

Little trouble with pics, they will be up in a few. This is my first cycle. Im only running dbol and test e now.

Yeah I think you're going overboard on the test.
The one on the right is your after pic correct?
I would change your back routine to more mass movements first. Like pull-ups or cable pull downs first.
yeah I would only take one day rest also.

You have a body that reminds me of a swimmers body.
Be easy on the Test though. You've held out for so long because of listening to us. I would cut back a bit, esp on the prop.
