Yes i still look like that but 10lbs heavier since i didnt workout for 4 months during the winter and just recently started throwing in some prop i gaines 10 lbs in bout 3 weeks since i started again. Before diet i was 215 and id say bout 14% bf. In pics which took 3 months i was 193 and prob around 6-7%. i would shoot for 300 pro a day 50-75 carbs and tried to keep them early in the day so i knew i would burn them off. After about the 5th day u feel weak as **** and start feeling kinda flabby but dont worry since ur carb up is coming on Sunday and then u feel tight as hell on monday.
Yeah definately give it a try. The worst that could happen is u get shreaded.
I think the Sunday carb up is bery important since u depleted ur body of all these carbs the rest of the week that ur body is dying for them. I also think ur body is in such need of them that it just grabs them and burns them rite up with no losses to ur goals of getting ripped. As long as the rest of ur week was super strict with the carbs u need the Carb up... Give it a shot it worked for me and dont see why it wouldnt work for anybody else if done correctly...

I dont know bout the diet described above but this is how i did it.
Meal 1..............8 egg whites(leave 2 whole) 2 slices of swis cheese on them.
Meal 2........... piece of chicken side of broccoli
meal 3...... lean ground turkey sie of veggies
Meal 4......pro shake 0 carbs
Meal 5 .......piece of salmon side of veggies
Meal 6.........steak with a little cotage cheese
meal 7.....ground turkey
meal 8........pro shake 0 carbs
This is basically how i did it. Besides this take all supplements and add more fat in there.

on the ab workout, did you consider fewer reps but using weight plates? In other words, incline situps carrying a weight plate in your arm? I've heard the muscle gets bigger because of the weight, not the reps, although yours seem to have responded well.

Yes ur absolutely rite and one of the things i mite do every other day on my ab workouts this time around. The main thing i wanted was to burn the fat at first so i was going for reps and since i was happy with the results didnt really want to change it too much. This year i mite do maybe 3 days heavy, 3 days reps on the stomach

Well ill tell u one of the things that bad about it since i didnt really get too into detail about it and did it in 2 min. U definately need to throw in more fats in there.

Well it depends.... is that the diet you used to lean out??? Get bigger??
I can see lot's of problems this diet might pose.... definitely have too many protein only meals, and like you said you need to add fats badly. But it obviously worked for you with the pics you posted. That's all that matters.

Hey fina,
Did you target a certain number of calories? You look like you really got shredded first (maybe losing some muscle) and then bulked up. Were you running the fina/winny the whole time or did you shred first and then do the cycle?
Did you use clen at all or T3?

NICE Job. You honestly just inspired me to get my act in gear. I have a bad shoulder and I haven't been able to touch a weight in almost 3 months. I've been lazy and eating like a fool. NO MORE! It's time to get my ass back in the gym and eating right even if I can't use the fcking shoulder.
Thanks bro!

very good upper body but wheels?
-
07-30-2004, 11:45 AM #64
I really didnt count carbs just kept them as low as possible. The few i had would come from vegetables that i eat with my chicken, fish.
Wheels arent bad. But since i dont hit them really hard thyre not ripped. I have big legs so theyre strong.

Did you do a lot of cardio?
If so how many times a week.
And also how long did it take you to get to how you are on the pics.
What was your beggining weight as well as your final weight.

Thanx alot animal..Why do u think the transformation was good considering the gear i used??
bigpimpin i did absolutely no cardio just dieted strictly and kept the carbs really low. It took me about 3 months from the first pic to the last.
Thanx alot for the comments and im still going. This winter im gonna try to eat more to put on some size. See what happens?

since this thread has come alive again, I wanted to ask GotFina how he felt during the cycle. The combination of fina and low carb must have made you tired and feeling like ****, no? I'm finding it tough to stick with the fina given playing hockey and had to give up the low carb cause I was dying in both the weight room and the rink.

Yes, i found that with the kind of diet i was following most of my days at the gym where torture. The only day i could really lift like i wanted was the day after my carb up which was Mondays. I didnt know the determination i had last year till i tried the same exact cycle/diet this year. I dont know what pocessed me last year but i guess part of it was that i broke it off with my girl and that just set it off i guess. This year around i got a beutiful girl and although i did ok this year the drive is just not the same as last years. I guess anybody could do it but u have to want it more then anything in the world and ull accomplish it no problem.
Good luck guys....

got fina?, what was your PCT like? i did tren /prop last year and got deep scarring acne. i've been trying to figure out what caused it and a lot of people seem to think its the PCT.
also, how much did it cost you a week to stay on that diet? my problem with dieting has always been that i run outta meat around weds...=P
btw, i've bookmarked your thread...this is kinda weird since you look to be my age, but ****, you're like my new f-ing idol...=P
