lookin real good bro, must have taken some balls to stick to that diet consistently ED, just shows that cutting can be done w/o gear, on another note, if you bulk make it a lean one, stay away from the water bloaters, prop, tren , winny, eq should be your staple gear, will let you mould even more muscle on, at 190lbs you would look huge - im sure you know all this already tho bro, good work!!

Doing someone else's program is not going to be the answer, you should do some footwork and find your approach and your CORRECT amounts, which can only be done by following the instructions in the cutting sticky that we've worked to place here for utilization.
He did it, you all can do the work as well. You'd be wise to find your plan of attack, not someone else's.

Awesome results, you definately have the discipline a lot of people don't have.
Try depleting your Glycogen stores but dropping to a Low to NO-Carb for a few days and then downing around 500-1000g in one day, I guarantee the next day you'll be looking ripped and full to the max.
BTW, the chest looks solid in the side-chest pose.
