One Month of Cutting--So Far
Hey guys,
One month into trying to cut down the BF. I will continue through the summer.
Put a few pics up...any guesses on my BF??
Still battling the "soft" look but getting there. Fourth pic shows my scar from surgery years to remove my FAT.

I would say more like 13%. Single digit numbers are quite ripped.
As far as Bri...i would work on the arms more. I see a lot of the "soft look" coming from lack of muscularity in the bi's.

You are totally right man...my bis are a week point. Just started a new routine over the past few weeks to hopefully get them to grow. It is funny becuase they always used to be my strong point, but as I have grown, they look small now. Currently they are 16.5...wanna get to 18 by next year.

Hey bro I think you have a good base for sure. You got a pretty big chest and your back doesn't look bad. I'd hit the shoulders, arms and keep the diet/cardio in check. I think once you start droping the bf you are going to look good bro. I'd guess you are about 12-13% right now. Tell us about your diet/training and keep up the good work!
Peace,
CC

Look pretty good to me. I'd guess about 12-13% also. Chest is looking good. I agree that the bi's and shoulders could use a little work. All that will come. Keep up the cardio, love handles suck to get rid of. Keep us posted and good luck!

As long as your doing cardio, why not do some tanning to make yourself look more cut? I think you'd see results a little better anyway.

Hey thanks guys for all of the compliments.
I have been working on the tan...hitting the tannin salon at least twice a week. I just can't use those lotions that make you real dark and I break out alot. So I just have to stick with my natural tanning ability...which isn't that great.
Goal is to get the BF down to 9 or 10%.
I do have pics from way back 10 yrs ago when I was a blubber butt...if you wanna see them, let me know and I will scan some.

Hey,
Here is one old pic of me from back around 1994/95ish. This was when I was pretty much at my biggest right around 300lbs.
I will scan some more later on. I also have some ones of me really skinny....Yeah I actually lost too much weight.

I started my road to fitness about 9 years ago during the Fall of 1995. After having a "heart" scare at 23, I decided to get fit. I lost all of my weight in(100lbs) in just about 3-4 months...way too fast. I was a featured success story in Mens Fitness in September 1997. My weight got all the way down into the 160's after a car accident that left me with broken pelvis, several ribs and collapsed lung. It took several months to recover. I was really afraid of putting on weight during that time, so I basically did not eat...therfore dropping into the 160's. Just started about 2 years ago to get serious about getting bigger. Started increasing protein, etc. Did my first cycle last falll and my second just ended...and here we are.

I will try the coco butter....its worth a shot.
I am heading to FL for the next 3 weeks starting July 7th...so I will be getting plenty of sun down there. Vacation is tough...but I am going to take the first week off from the gym, something I haven't done in ages and they make sure I am in the gym the following 2 weeks.
Down around 205 today....really starting to get lean, but feel small too. Is that because I am...haha

Hey here are the few other pics I promised.
First one of me is from the summer after my freshmen year in HS. Look at my spare tire...**** that thing was big.
Second, was from my senior year at HS. I got a little taller so my weight didn't look at bad, but I was getting bigger.
Last one is of me probably at my skinniest. From my senior year in college from 1996. This was taken right before I got in my car accident. So actually if you can believe it...I did get even skinnier.
