Ok, time to report back, I know that most of you will think Im lying now, by i swear im not. 8 days after the contest now and I am 43lbs heavier!! I just weighed 219.2lbs!! I can still see abs, but that is not going to last. I HAVE to say though that force feeding myself is making me have the BEST workouts I've ever had! There may be something to this "nutrition" thing after all. Just to let you all know, I really am not having all just junk food, just a SH** load of whole food. I'll Try to post some pics (after a quad workout ofcourse) on wednesday, who know maybe I'll be 225lbs then

So my body has let go of the exess water it was holding now down to 215lbs, feeling better as i dont have to fight to breath. My back doesn't feel so tight anymore either. Well the next pics i post will be me around 225lbs, hopefully by end of Oct. this is me last week.

This look shows up your physique flaws.Namely arms.I don't think u should get much heavier than 225 at this point.

Your bi's / tris do need a bit of work.....I think you would look better with slightly bigger arms. How big are your arms right now? Do you have a pic of you posing from the side showing your triceps?

U got the legs down as a natty bodypart is looks like.
I agree, bring the arms up w/the upper chest area and cap those shoulders, and you're golden.
For me it's flip-flopped.........being 6'1", I have to work d*mn hard for my legs to match my shoulders/arms........those grow no matter what, I hate that sh*t........... .

very impressive, as for things to work on, definitely traps IMO, you have a very wide shoulder spread, it's gonna take some big traps to balance it all out. But like I said, very impressive!

You look great I can't take that away from you, the only thing I can say is that it looks like you need to work on your posing, some poses look off, especially the front lat.

**** man I am 19 also and people tell me I am pretty big. I am 5'8 210 around 10 percent body fat, but you take the cake well done. Your quads look awesome. What do you put up for your power lifts?
