Pete - an early before pic
OK.....NO laughing. Only a few folks here have seen this one, but I figured it was about time to let the rest of the family see it. This one was taken a couple of years ago. I did too much cardio, and really underdosed on carbs. As you can see, I was still at about 14-15% bf and had no fullness to my muscles. I believe I wieghed about 195lbs. Compare that to the next pic from late January. I will post some updated pics (when I feel I lokk good enough)

Pete,
The question is....Does all that hair still exist under that ball cap?
If so ya look like Steve Young the Quarterback (1st Pic)
Steve Young as a Linebacker (2nd pic) lol

MJ.....hair looks the same
JJ....245ish....currently 236....and getting lower. BTW...I think everybody already knows this, but I'm currently on my 2nd ever cycle. I built my base naturally and I was an ecto-meso growing up.

Wow Pete, if you can do it I can......well, lets not go that far
I can still hope too though....that makes the eating chicken breasts and ground turkey, with tasteless rice and pasta all worthwhile. I think.....
:sigh:

LOL
Yeah!!!!! I was hoping you would post that picture Pete - until these guys see that one that I saw when you started - they aren't possibly going to have the same respect I do for the work you have done lately. Pete is a true symbol of dedication and a model of someone who takes the game seriously and accepts nothing but the best for himself.
EXCELLENT job Petey!

I think you should stay with the later of the two looksIt's supposed to be hard! If it was easy, everyone would do it! It's the "hard" that makes it great!

Thanks everybody. I'm about half way through a cutting stack but haven't been as strict with diet and cardio as I should (kick my ass) but I have been training legs religiously. No excuses but there have been a few "personal" issues that hvae kept me from being as focused as I should be. Anyhoo, he's a pic of my arm, as you can see I'm beggining tp lean up a little. I have about 20lbs more before I reach my goal and I will post additional pics then.

Dang it bro, you look HUGE. That arm is at least 20 inches I'll bet !

It's all an illusion Caines my friend. My arm actually only measures about 19" cold flexed...so when I get as lean as BK it will probably be 18-18.5". That's why I don't get it when some people inflate their measurements. Maybe I'm wrong but 18.5-19" looks pretty big to me....not "BK big" but big nonetheless.
Well brother, keep up the work, I'm interested to see what you will look like in about 4 more weeks. Keep us updated please !
Ohhh, lemme ask you this, how much "actual" weight do you expect to lose on this cutting cycle?
