1st Picture/First Log(21y/o,250lb,6'4-6'5)
hey bros! This is me from the beginning of the summer.
I use to weigh over 330lb and dropped around 100lbs in around a year.
Ive been training for around 3 years, this past year very seriously. (clean diet, much more knowledge)
Right now, im around 260+, im bulking up a bit (i know my traps are very weak in this pic, they are bigger now)
Also, I just started a cycle monday.
500mg test enath., 400mg EQ for 10-12 weeks. i have femera, nolva, and clomid on hand.
(btw) sorry for the hair, im a hairy mutha ****a, If i shave it, it grows faster than my face.

I can see where he's in the 200's, but he put 250 in the title, then 260+ in the body of the post. A net weight gain of 10+ lbs. in a matter of seconds.
Congrats on the 100+ lbs. of weight loss!

I wanna know how you lost all that weight and you dont have any extra flabby skin.. I lost 60 lbs in like 8 months and I had excess skin and it was ****ing gross.

But because of the lack of calories, (and who ever says you cant build muslce on a calorie or protien deficit is wrong) and building of muscle I lost alot of weight fast. I didnt do any CARDIO! funny thing, isnt it.
Just eat a low calorie, high protien, low carb, low fat diet. Lift weights and you will see fast results.
At first I only did push ups and sit ups. then I got weights.

Yeah it did eventually b/c I gained weight back after getting shot in the knee lol... No but really after awhile it did.. As long as you lose it slow and give you body time to adjust you really shouldnt have a problem. But as for the getting shot in the knee part that really happed.

heres an update
my weight is up ! i mean up!
im up to 302 with clothes on now.
I know its some fat, lot of water, but some quality muscle mass.
Traps are def. bigger, im just overall thicker, freinds said i looked huge!
Family over thanksgiving noticed something, cousin said you look more muscular.
I will post pics sometime.
Strength def up!
did 275 6 times on slightly inclinded military press.

I went to the link you posted but did not see any good pics. I would like to see come current ones, you posted that your weight is way up now right? You were 260 and now your ?? Everyone including myself would like to see some good monster pictures. I can't wait to see them, you have done a great job losing the weight. Take some good pics, legs to. Maybe you are holding a lot of weight in your legs. I hold a lot in mine.
