Today was the last day of my 16 week cutting program... I got down pretty lean, what do you think?... in order to do this I had to really get agressive with my diet and overall caloric intake... I also had to bring up my cardio level. I brought my camera into the gym to take some progress photos and decided to try slapping a couple plates on to the 'Gerard bar' that I use for deadlifting... For those of you who never tried a bar like this I suggest you look into getting one! I tried one while travelling in the states and liked it so much I bought one for my gym 500lbs with no straps or belt (I don't believe in them for DLing) just a little over 2.5 times my body weight in the weak and depleted state I am in now... the bottom photo was taken in the locker room just after... something tells me I will feel this in the morning

i see now what the others were saying about acne and scars on tehe nipples. do you shave your back too, b/c there is acne there too. it definitly looks like there are scars beneath your nipples.

And Andre I understand about the acne after hair removal, a lot of those actually aren't acne they are ingrown hairs. I suffer from them too but not as bad as you.

I dont know why you guys think hes jacked up on juice so much except for the pimples but now that I see the hair removal I can understand the bumps, that back hair must suck shiat. But as for the size issue I know many people including myself that are easily that big or bigger befor they used juice. his size can be had naturally with hard work and good diet. Good job on improving yourself naturally now let see what kind of freak you can be with a few cycles.

have been eating well and training well and "supplementing" good and regardless whether your juicing or not you put in alot of work hell of a transformation....But like my dad used to say all I got is my balls and my word.......

Screw the whole juicing debate... I got to look at it as a compliment when people are telling me that I 'must' be juicing From now on, it's a non issue to me... if you are convinced I am juicing that's cool... the only person who know's the truth is myself!

I have been working with a former IFBB'er for the past couple of months... and she (yes, she!) even told me that it 'looks' like I am juicing... and that is a good thing!

As much as some people like to shoot me down, I almost never have anything bad to say about anyone... it took a lot for me to let Brian have it... if you look at all the crap he has said about me, he deserves it...
