I am sure some folks are wondering what happened to me... I have been trying to spend less time on the internet and more time in the gym

I am almost done with a 16 week pre contest program that a former IFBB BB'er I have been working with put together for me. Very different from my old ways... I'll be bulking up over the winter! Bring on the food!

Yes... I did an 8 week cycle of D-Bol when I was 18... I am 32 now... as far as prohormones goes, I did try them when dietting down at the beginning of 2003 and really got nothing from them, if I do decide to 'stop being natural' I will do it right and not mess around with prohormone garbage...

So what did I miss while I was away? How's everyone's training going?

I am considering doing a real cycle this winter... I think I might be getting close to my genetic limitations as I have been busting my ass for the last year without making any major gains... it's hard to stay focused when things are not really changing very much!

always have acne when i'm on and at 32 i doubt a natural guy would

is you do, just don't want to admit it... Yes you have made a great deal
of progress from your older pics, but comeon already... I've been in the
game a long time and you do not look natural in that recent pic to me...

Thanks, if I don't look natural, it means I am doing something right! I get acne whenever I do the hair removal thing

One of the things that scares me about doindg a cycle is what would happen to me? I had bad acne as a teenager and had to do 2 full treatments of Accutane... I still get the occasional zit on my face!

being on anabolics, but you still had to bust your ass to
