Hey LC Lookin reallly good. Over in NJ here right across the bridge in Gloucester County.
I know what you are saying about eating....it is tough but you can do it. In week 2 of my cycle and and have really tried to up everything for this one.
If I had your body I would be happy and satisfied....so you are 10 steps ahead of me already. Anyway, keep it up and just keep on eating. Your body is awesome and can only get better.

ok this is what i ate today, you guys tell me if it sounds good. also when i was at the gym the scale moved, it read 189.5 lbs today whooo hoooo, i know i ate a ton of **** yesterday for turkey day
8am: 1 cup oatmeal with sugar free apricote preseves added
1 protien shake with 2 cups milk and 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 scoops of whey powder
10am: 1 whole wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese
12 noon: 8 oz cottage cheese, chicken soup, breaded chicken on kiaser roll sandwich
2pm: whole wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese
pre work out shake: 2 scoops of protien
during work out: 40gram protien drink
post work out: 2 scoop protien
730pm: lots of turkey left overs and fried mashed potatoes.
hows this?

PWO have some simple sugar with your protein (i.e. dextrose, 2:1 ratio and all that jazz).

9am wake up
915am: 1 cup oatmeal with sugar free strawberry perserves added for taste
protien shake with 2 scoops of whey and 1 whole egg,3 egg whites
1045am: 1 whole wheat bagel with creme cheese, 1 packet of cottage cheese with fruit
12noon: 1.5 cups of ground meat cooked with rice and beans and burrito seasoning, 1 packet of cottage cheese with fruit
2pm: 1 whole wheat bagel, 3/4 cup of the left over ground meat from lunch
4pm: pre work out shake with 2 scoops of whey and some more ground meat with some cheese melted over on taco shells
5pm: work out
7pm: post work out shake with 2 scoops of whey and 10g of glutamine
8pm: cheese steak
1030pm: tuna melts using 3.5 servings of tuna in sunflower seed oil and a teaspoon of mayo, with american cheese melted on top, all on toasted white bread.
11pm sleep time, now im out, so hit me up so i know what you think tomorrow
ok just so you guys know ive been eating my ass off since thanksgiving like this every **** day and today at the gym i was 189-190 whooo hooo, im gonna keep this up for a few months, i actually figured out ways to cook my food and like the tastes using this mexican **** lol

Dude,
I think you look great. 90% of us on here are trying to get abs and cut to look like you. I guess you just want more size? I would take it slow and not rush it. Make small gains over the years and you will get bigger with time.
Eventually your metabolism may slow and you will dream of these days of eating cheesesteaks and tacos ;;;LOL
