low carbs and probably low calories! I looked flat and skinny I am like what the hell is the point of cutting if I look worst?

2Timer, your profile says you were at 8-9% before...just do what you did last time. It must have worked. Did the T-3/Clen work last time...your cycle experience says you have already tried it...

Post your diet in the diet forum so we can critique bro. They way you are talking about your diet, it seems like its way off. When I first came here in feb. I basically knew diddly squat, but after I followed the sticky, the fat came off and actually my lifts went up.
If done properly, you shouldnt be losing any muscle.

the problem was when I 8-9% I was a skinny ****. it din't even look like I worked out. my has transformed as you can see from what I was but I have used only 8weekers with low test come on I still done good. if I tell you guys my cycles you would laugh ok here. 250sustenon/week then 200mg of deca /test then I did winny only I done good have I?

anyways guys should add some beef you think? seriously this a honest question before cutting? and fina and carb is good question I heard somewhere to grow you need atleast 150carbs

suppliment multi-v, cla, flax, glumitine, pwo powder
5 grams glumatine at interval,
1-2 pills of Glucorell R for each 30-40grams of carb intake.
2weeks of eca/2weeks clen cheating sautrday
Meal 1: xenedrene efx +ephedra (24mg)
1gcla, 5grams of glumatine
1/2 cup oatmeal +(8eggwhites)
1gcla,
Meal 2: 1gcla,
2Protein shake(2 tbsp flax)
Meal 3: 1g cla
Veggies, tuna brocoli, califlower,carrotwith tuna
Workout one body part 5 times a week /6times cardio45min empty stomach
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5: 5grams of glumatine, 1g cla
chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal +sald
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
never done this befor emy frist time researched so I am not sure at all

I would cut the carrots outta your diet, those are one of the few veggies that are not optimal for cutting. Also, in your PPWO meal, make sure that salad doesnt have any fat in it, like any dressings you may put on top.
