You look good bro. You should put in one of these shots instead of the back lat you've got posted. Good Luck in the future!

Yo Carlos... gonna take the calf-comment to heart... (thought they were my best bodypart but... If you say they need hitting harder..dam right i'm gonna hit 'em harder)...i'm gonna try to get better pics of em too...

    Yooo
I don't have a diet persay....i'm offseason right now...and working and at school...just trying to eat often..average 30 grams of protein in each meal 'cept PWO (which is 40 grams). Also I try not to mix carbs and fat to a significant degree...tho on the run this isn't always possible.

    Example
    Yesterday:

    5:30a.m. pro/fat shake

    6:30a.m. Chest/Shoulders

    8:00a.m. PWO

10:00 a.m. Rice, salmon, Minced Beef

After that (at regular intervals tru-out the day i had): Brown Rice & Salmon

till bed time (before bed i was craving something crunchy so i raided the cupboards for crackers )

    My only supps are:

    A multi..a protein powder.. inositol...choline and melatonin

    -----
    BeerBaron
I'm unsure of the exact measurement of my arms (or any bodypart for that matter)...i stopped measuring some years ago...But when i started i believe my arms were around 17"...dunno if they're still that big (or if they're bigger)...i don't hit 'em as hard or regularly as b4

    My routine:

    Monday: Chest and Triceps

    Flat Bench
    Incline Bench or Throat Prone
    Flat or Incline dumbell Fly

    Tricep Press-down
    Skull-crushers or Overhead dumbell extensions
(sometimes dumbell kick-backs at the end)

    Tuesday: Legs

    Squats
    Leg-curls
    Seated or standing Calf-raise

    Wednesday: Shoulders

Single arm Lateral raise (starting with the dumbell behind my back)
    Barbell shoulder press
    Lateral Raise
    Bent Lateral

    Shrug or Upright row

    Thursday: Back and Biceps

    Chins (warm-up)
    Lat-pull down to front
    t-bar row or Barbell Row
    Deadlift
    Lat-pull down to rear

    Seated Dumbell Curls
    Dumbell Preacher Curls

I deviate from this routine depending on my energy level and/or time constraints

Best body part? I'd say quads. Nice size and shape going. I think it's the size of your quads and hams that make your calves appear smaller in the pict.

hey nark, lookin good, i noticed u only do 2 leg exercises (other then calves)... would u mind breaking down how you do those 2 exercises, as in how many sets, reps etc.

    thanks

My coach is of the phylosophy that bodybuilding/growth/training is all about intensity..thus, one movement per bodypart has generally been my mainstay.

My reps are high..but so is my weight.

How is this possible? Technically, without assistance, it isn't.

We employ a lot of forced reps.

His theory being that muscle maturity= weight+ reps+time

Thus if one can put in more reps at more weight in a shorter period of time (months as opposed to years..or something to that effect) one can grow and mature...that's the theory in a nutshell...it'd take a long time to break it down and explain adequately.

    That being said...

    My Routine for legs:

    Squats: 5 sets
    Leg Curls: 5 sets

    Rep range? 15-20

set 1: one 25 kg plate per side
set 2: two 25kg plate per side
set 3: three 25kg plates per side
set 4: four 25 kg plates per side
set 5: (rep out set) two 25 kg plates per side

over the last couple weeks we switched from 20 kg plates (standard 45 pound plates) to the heavier (25 kg plates)...to break tru a sticking point. We're literally adding just over 100 pounds each set..the stimuli is ridiculous.

Hamstrings is more intense.. but less nauseating... the first set (no warm-up) is the heaviest weight we could possibly use for 20 reps... the other sets employ a weight that i cannot move on my own..but only control the negative...after 10 or so reps...i do a drop set to weight i can utilise for another 5 reps on my own...That's basically how the rest of the workout goes.. heavy negatives to a drop-set

Calves is in a world of it's own

thats looks really intense, gonna try it, i think ive been eating too much into low reps = more size. It seems if you go heavy enough and at a sufficient intensity, higher reps can be just as good if not better. Does that sound accurate?

    thanks for the info
