Sorry about the pants in some, they are a little too big.

Age: 19
Height: 6'2
Weight: 225
Chest: 46
Arms: 17 3/4
Forearms: 14 1/4
Calves: 17
Legs: 25 (Been on hold for 3 months now)
Waist: 33
Bodyfat: 14.3 - 9 point pinch
Squat - 385x1
Bench - 120x7 (DB Press)
Deadlift - 405x1
Training Since: 07/16/02
I'm really aiming to get my chest up to par, anyone care to offer some advice? I just started trying a power lifting approach on my chest to see what that does, but I'm always open to some advice

Hey! The legs aren't that bad bro! When you said they were embarrasing, I envisioned far worse.

I say your around 12-13. your abs are showing nicely. for me under 11-12 it starts showing!

Good work and you have some size on you at 6ft 2 and 225...that is quite impressive at your age and your not fat at all. Just keep on eating clean and working hard and by the time you are 25

good work man, any aspirations of using AAS? i would say no to using them since obviously you can grow and look cut for your age. so stick natural as long as you can if you are contemplating using the sauce.
