ABS - just for you guys....
Hey guys I am five weeks out from a show and quite frankly I need some motivation to keep me going…so here is a picture of my abs at my first show a few years back, I was dry as hell, and I am hoping to duplicate this conditioning…so now I can look at this picture on here and keep myself motivated….thanks for you time guys…f*** I am just blabbing now…that’s low carbs for ya…I am going to shut the F*** up now…

You lokked great there bro. From one T.O member to another. What was your bf%. The lowest i have gotten was 6%. Whats your car consumption per day, calorie, protein and was that pic with AAS or after a water flush?

The only thing i can say is diet, man i worked my ass off for about 14 weeks for that show and it showed, i did abs twice a week, for about 15 min each time, changing exercises around look below for more pointers...

i think my bf% was about 5-6%, all i took for that show was 200 mg of deca a week and i stoped about 2 weeks out...i ate about 100 - 150 gm of carbs a day, 300 gm of protein and about 20 gm of fat for a total of about 1900 - 2000 calories, i cut the water out at 4:00pm on friday and this picture was taken on saturday after prejudging around 1:30pm, the only diuretic i took was over the counter Taraxatone, i started on wednesday at 12:00 noon.

Mike XXL, how much cardio? What type? What time of day? What fat burners did you use over the 14 weeks?
Our diet is almost identical, I'm not taking any AS and I've been doing 25 minutes 4-5 sessions a week for the last 6 weeks, maybe after 14 I'll be closer.

I did, and still do for any show i get ready for, 45 min. of cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach monday - friday, i take weekends off cardio and increase my carbs slightly. The fat burner of choice was and is E/C/A stack 3 times a day. In that picture i was just a hair under 170 lbs, belive it or not, i am hoping to come in at 176 lbs which is the limit for middleweights, just as lean but a bit fuller...

Mike you like great in that pic, ripped, that is the dryness i am trying for too. Carbs... what's that? I have gone down to 40-100g per day right now, with load on Sun, i also have to do more cardio than you, but hey bad gentics i guess. Here is a tip for you mike, friday before my last show i went groc. shopping for the pig out, well i bought 200.00 worth of junk, my wife laught her ass off when i came home and she saw what i had. Needles to say probably do same thing this time, different show for me but same date as yours.... we should all post our post show pig outs... i put on 25lbs in 5 days last time...LOL

man your abs are sick with the cuts in them, you are dry as hell! I'm sure your diet must be strict as a mo'fo. I was wondering what you did to get your abs so bad ass looking besides carb depleting and working the cardio 45 minutes 5 dayz a week. Any special exercises?

Nothing special for exercises, just crunches on one of those exercise balls, some regular crunches, reverse crunches and that’s about it…all of it done at home…
