Yeah, something has to be done about my traps... I've went from 4-6 reps up to 8-10 trying different weights, yet they dont seem to grow ... yet any ideas? I just started behind the neck press's I think those will help.

Um..i'd say you need size all over
Not bad progress for two years.
Picking you apart:
Bigger arms
Bigger Traps
Lats
Biceps and
Quads
Your delts are pretty good IMO
Triceps not bad
Chest not bad..tho a tad shallow
You've got an ok Base... what's the diet/training regime look like?

I've gone from training 7 days a week including running 3-6 miles a day to my current of
Mon Quad/Hams
Hack squat, leg press, lunges, extensions, ham extensions, stiff legg'd deads
Tues Chest/Tri's
Incline, Flat bench (barbell, dumbel) Pullovers, flyes, skull crushers, Cable pushdowns, single arm cable
Wed Back/Bi's
50 pullups, barbell rows, underhand lat pulldown, close grip pullldown, wide rows (>-------<), close rows. preacher curls, hammercurls, single concentration curls
Thur Shoulders/Traps
military press front, back, shrugs, arnold presses, lateral lifts w/ dumbell
Fri Quads/ forearms
leg extension, legg presses. reverse curls, behind the back curls, grip crushing?
Sat Chest/ Tri's
either dumbell or barbell, opposite of tues exercises the same thou
Sun Rest
With no cardio what-so-ever. I was stuck @185 running so I quit and within 6 months gained 10-15 lbs. Althou no cut so much.

Diet consists of
oatmeal
tuna & rice
chicken
lots of beef
vegetables- brocoli, spinach, peas
eggs
protien shakes
fish- salmon, tilipia
pretty much about it

are you taking any nat supplements such as whey? if i were you i would go with some vitamens (animal stack) whey protein, glutamine, amino acids and also some creatine as far as nat supplements go i dont think you can go wrong with that combo and you can also throw som m1t in there if you choose and i would cut down on the cardio to 30 min about 3 times a week if you want to get bigger in mass also looks lik your diet is good i would get some good fats in there get some flax seed. and red meats also hard and heavy!!!!!!!

I take centrium for a daily vitamin..... Althou I run out in a couple days I going to look for something else, any ideas? I was thinking Animal Pak, but their so expensive.
I used regular creatine monohydrate, I just started taking CEE yesterday.
800i.u Vitamin E. 400 when i wake 400 before sleep
1000mcg B12 when I wake
100mg Zinc before sleep
Tribulus wake/sleep
Just started Glutamin yesterday
