Body Fat percentage estimate?
NO idea what kinda body fat i have maybe someone can give me a rough estimate

I was underwater weighed at 11% and I didnt have abs showing like that. Granted people hold fat in different places but I would say you are closer to 8-9% judging from my personal experience

yeah ill work on the house. I always have intentions of doing it but by the time i get time im usually tired from lifting so i end up being lazy

Thanks for the complements. Trying to get to liek 5% Just so i can have blazing speed. Ive been following most of the cutting cycle sticky to lose body fat and its doin me well what kinda diet plan do you guys follow?

naw no hgh. I just have a musclular stomach i guess and it sticks out.
