    i didn't do the show.. i was down to 195lbs about 3.5% bodyfat. but i couldn't get my routine down... so i'll start practicing now.. so when septermber roles around i can focus on my diet and cardio.. i'll post some leg pics tommorow... peace.. and thanks for the positive feed back..
