The SHOW pictures are in...
Hey there guys, finally got my show pictures scanned. I place 4th in the Middleweight class, there was 7 guys competing, after talking to the judges after the show, they all said it was a very close class and it was hard to make any clear decisions. In any case I weight in at 172 lbs, by prejudging I was about 180, I am 5’9” tall. Next mission is to get bigger and do another show in November (and place in top three, I am sick of being forth). Anyway let me know what you think…alright….MIKE_XXL

You may have gotten 4th place in the show, but here on AR you are # 1 in our hearts !

Mike I must say when you told me fourth, I was not expecting your pics to look like that, your dry bro. The only place I can see that your holding any water is in your glute hamstring tie ins, we all hold it there. But wow that must have been a tough class, anywhere else and you would have placed much higher. If you keep that condition and come in at 178 night before weigh in onstage at 183 to 185, your going to be tough to beat. Great job man, you deserve alot more credit than your giving yourself. Keep charging forward, it looks like you've got the prep down, now its about size. PEACE

To come in fourth you must have been in a really tough class. You looked really good in my opinion. I agree in Dr. Derek if you come in a little bit heavier with the same condition you'll be hard to beat next time.

Damn that's shredded! You got a physique that I think 99% of the world would like to aspire to! It must have been a tough competition to aonly take 4th. What do they put in the water where you live to make all you guys so shredded? Winny?

nice
great pics....
congrats on being 4th.. though i know you wanted to win.
Nice leaness..
On another note.. for a guy of your height.. you want to compete heavier than MW. Shoot for Light heavy. I'm guessing the other MW's were shorter than you.. and ended looking thicker."Come and get some!"

Man you look good!
Judging is one of those things, sometimes the best guys don't place because of politics and such.
You have got nothing to be ashamed of Bro. Keep up the good work

Thanks a lot bros and sisters, i truly appreciate your support and compliment, my next show in November I will still be a middleweight and after that I am moving up to light heavies. I just don’t have enough time to gain substantial amount of muscle in next 15 weeks to move up to light heavies for the November show. I am hoping to come in at the top of the class at 176 lbs with about 2-3 pound less body fat and just as dry, so I think I should do well.
Once again thank all of you guys for you kind words. MIKE_XXL

I have a friend who trains at the gym with me, he's doing a show in 2 weeks!, he's comming in at around 180, he's dieted down from 220, huge chest and back. He's going in as a novice! He's hoping to go in half as dry as you! Shit, if he does he will walk with the crown easy!
