For 18 you have great size but you honestly dont even look 250lbs. Not to be a smartass but I am 6'2 also and I look alot bigger and I only weigh 230.You just dont look no where near that heavy. But not to take anything away from you, you have a great base and good size keep it up.

Our bodies are similar to the bulk we have,I was also a big teen. I have always been a "bigger" guy. My biggest battle has always been keeping my bf down. I would say your bf is prolly around 18 like everyone else says. If you are like me where you put fat on easily it sucks. I am 24 now, if I could go back to 18 again the MAIN thing I would do different is ALWAYS keep my bf no more than 14% lots of cardio and a good diet. It gets hard to strip the fat off when you get up to 18-20% .It usually takes so long to diet down to single digit bf from 18% you end up losing a good deal of muscle if you arent perfect on your diet.Just some food for thought.

Hey Chest,
I don't think the body fat is real high.
You look like you've got a solid base and you know you're only 18 and have time to really focus on where you want to take this.
I applaud your commitment!
I suggest you pick up a pair of the Accumeasure calipers if you're really wanting to monitor the body fat and reduce it.
(Got mine online for under $12)
And here is what I found as a guide to help.
Body Fat Guidelines from American Council on Exercise
Essential Fat - Women 10-12 percent / Men 2-4 percent
Athletes - Women 14-20 percent / Men 6-13 percent
Fitness - Women 21-24 percent / Men 14-17 percent
Acceptable - Women 25-31 percent / Men 18-25 percent
When I started I think I was in the acceptable range...for women!

Big for 18, bruh. Just watch that diet and cut down. I'd put your bf at 20%
