Great transformation...(you looked good to begin with)

I'll attempt tp resize your pic and repost it for you

On competing, i'd advise you switch (if cost-effective) to a gym with a bodybuilding atmosphere (i.e. one with bodybuilders training at it). Immersing yourself in bodybuilding culture, and talking to these atheletes will give you the info/direction you'd need.

    If yo'uve any questions...holla

hey it worked - cheers Nark

vincent in answer to your question my diet was pretty strict

    Carbs:
all low GI carbs - no sugars or refined foods

eg oatmeal, brown rice, legumes loads and loads of veggies
    dextrose PWO

    protein:
chicken (about 3 breasts a day)
    egg whites (12 - 14 a day)
    lean ham
    turkey

all protein from natural sources excluding my PWO shake

    fats:

guacamole, olives, egg yolk, houmus, peanut butter

cheat meal once, and quite often twice a week

always had a pro fat meal before bed - with cottage cheese

    no not really

the only way i consume them is in a protein drink and i wanted to get all my protein from real foods

i did use olive and avacado oil in my pro shake after my morning cardio for the first few weeks, but then decided to change it to a pro/carb meal instead (oats and whites)

i'm not sure of the exact time

the first one was me after a bulk cycle at 209lbs then i was off gear for 3 months and dropped to around 190 (my diet and pct were poor)

i started my 17 week cycle at 190lbs but bulked for 5weeks up to around 204lbs (so pretty close to how i was in that pic) then i started a 12 week cut down to the present photo at 185lbs

so although that photo was a few months before i started my cut - i essentially looked/weighed the same when i started my cut - i just didnt have a photo for that time

Are you considering competing or do you just do this for you? Either way is cool, I am just being nosey. You definitely have the discipline and dedication to do it if you wanted to....

you go to the gym twice a day sometimes? how long is each workout?

what's worked best for me lately is 4 gym visits per week, however, each session is around 3 hours of lifting...longer than most

The only other guy I ever saw go to the gym 2 times a day lost 85 lbs in 5 months. 1 hour cardio in the morning and 2 hours weight training at night. He went from 315 down to 230 for a competition, He placed first. Couldn't even recognize him before his competition.

1 hour cardio in the morning and about 1 hour weights in the late afternoon (4pm)

i'm in PCT right now though so ive dropped cardio completely for around 4 weeks
