Yeah good luck man! Muscles have memory and the more new muscle you stack on the more fat you'll lose just from working out. I reckon if you wok hard with your body now you should see major changes in 6-8 weeks.

try doin some decline bench with bb or db either way might help grow some more muscle and just keep shredding

solid base bro. looks like you shouldnt have too much trouble workin with it. also for the chest problem, i got a suggestion. start off with decline bb bench (i know a little unorthodox to start with), and do two sets to failure. on the third set, after you finish it, grab a pair of db's and bang out a set of flat bench flys. next exercise, repeat the same thing for incline bb bench, but after the third set do incline flys instead. beginning your routine with these two exercises will greatly increase thickness and mass because of the coupling of the compound and stretching movements. hope it helps bro. good luck- B-STRONG

decline bench is great fot adding mass to lower chest, but the main thing you should focus on now is to take the fat off with diet and cardio, u will be surprized the muscle u got under there when the fat is gone, good luck man
