So You Want a King, huh?
The best pictures, for the obvious reason, of myself are from wrestling. When these pictures were taking I was around 215 but I've gain maybe ten pounds since. I am 18, natural, and interested in bulking.

haha, to much flamin goin on, but seriously guys its not hard to tell that he's the black kid, and he said he was 215 in the beginning not 230, so read before u jump on him. u look pretty good from what i can see, good base to work with. if u were 6'2 i would say mabey ur 215, but i agree with them u do look lighter then 215. check out the bulkin sticky in the diet forum, works well...and welcome to the board...

nice solid base, If I had to guess your weight knowing you were 6' I'd say 200ish, Do you plan on taking wrestling into college?
If you do let me tell you, you will want to drop weight. You will never EVER be pushed harder than collegiate wrestling. UNless you place top of your weight class in your division, I'd say cut or maintain. Just some advice

seriously, WTF is everyone being dickheads to the kid for?
He looks 215. He looks solid. He's 6' tall, that's my same weight, except he's damn near 4" taller than me.
Are you still wrestling? IF so, there is only so much bulk you'll want to gain, as it can sometimes translate to less quickness, just because you're that much heavier.
If you're not wrestling and you're going just balls-out for muscle mass, how much experience do you have with the big lifts, i.e. squats, deadlifts, bench presses, military presses, barbell rows? Any olympic lifting (i.e. cleans, snatches, etc)?
Also, do you follow a normal type of diet? I'm assuming not since you should have some pretty decent room to work with up to your next weight class?
What I gather so far is that you are a 6', 230ish lb black guy, 18 years old, and athletic.
oh shit, this could get interesting.
