Bulking up Wit bit of BF
Hey Guys im 19 and i was wondering if u guys can help me out a bit i wish to compete soon ive been going to gym for a while i use to be a fatty 105kilos but then when i use to train hard i went to 84k and from there i still had abit of bodyfat now i jumped from 84kilos to 94kilos in a couple months so yeah can u guys just give me a honoust opinion and set me in the right direction so whatever bodypart is laggin ill train it harder thanx
