Before and After pics - Right track SwoleCat??
A month ago i posted some pics and was told by many guys here to cut down on body fat. Well after a month of cuting (2200cals), 3times a week weight lifiting and 5 to 6 times a week 45 mins cardio here are my results. Please be gentle on your critique i know i still look patetic. At the moment my target is to achieve a nice hard mid section. Am i on the right track guys? PS first two pics were taken on the 1st of Jan 06.

awesome progress bro!!!! can definitly see the difference. Midsection had a huge change. Keep it up. And like Haro said... Get ready to add some serious mass!!!

good progress,but imo I would bump up the weight training to at least 4 times a week

Awsome progress brotha. Post your diet bro if you have it lying around. Another month and you're definately ready to start bulking. Hella of a job.

actually one of the people where I can actually see a difference in there before and after pics.; looking a lot more leaner then before.
