my pic 7wks before 1st comp
i have 7wks left until my 1st competition i droped about 18lbs so far... i need help loosing that final fat around my lower abs & lower back i'm struggling with that part! any suggestions?? i'm taken phera plex rite now just to get the last bit of muscle on me.. my current weight is about 176lbs i think my b/f is about 9%... do u guys think i should add in a eca stack? & when would i start? my diet is very clean usually about 2 cheat meals a week

I can't help you with the contest prep but, I would say post some more pics to get a better evaluation. Legs, Back etc...

7 weeks out?
Cheat meals imo should be cut from 12 weeks out.
The first pic is very blurry.. hard to give an assessment on that
Ditto, in regards to the 2nd and 3rd.
Goodluck tho.
Do i think you add the ECA stack in?
If you aren't currently on fat-burners.. yes.. A fat-burner is always a great addition in the latter stages of a prep.

i dont take any fatburners or anything rite now just thermogain for energy but for some reason if i drop cheat meals for 3ays my bodyfat drops down to about 7-8% instantly... my body is weird i do about 30min of cardio 4days a week... i'll post my diet up in a lil while i'm headed 2 the gym now 2 do my cardio

here is my diet
8:30 - 3 thermogain
9:00 - 3g arginine, 10mg phera-plex
9:30 30min cardio, abs, calves
1030 - met-rx mrp 42g protein 20g carbs
11:00- 5egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2cup oats
11:45 - 2tbsp of smuckers natural peanut butter 1 bananna
1:00 - 1 can of tuna, 1 cup white rice
2:00 - 3 thermogain
2:30 - 3g arginine, 10mg phera-plex
3:00 - train
immediatly following workout 1 scoop cellmass
30min later met-rx mrp
5:30 large chicken taco (chicken breast), 1/2 cup green beans
7:30 8-10oz chicken breast, 1 cup white rice
30min b4 bed 3g arginine
before bed met-rx mrp
i found this works the best for me i'm dropping fat & i'm not as miserable as i usually am but within my final 4 wks i'll b droping the peanut butter, tacos, & any kind of fat
also usually 3-4days a week i will drink a ABB ripped force extreme 20min before i practice my poses @ around 8:00 so i usually bump my last meal 2 6:45 on those days
