I guess that means you know EVERYTHING huh??? Damn dude, I am not even hatin' anymore, I truly hope you learn some new things and maybe try to incorporate partial DL's into your routine some day. I feel it coudl greatly contribute to the development of that back of yours.
And one more thing bud, I am not tryin to be dick here, but sometime we have a distorted self image of ourselves ( i do many times until I look back on old photos) and we may not realize the level of development we are already at. Don't get me wrong, you look good and all, but the original starter of this thread has you SMOKED and ther is knwo way you are catching up to his development in one year's time. It woudl be cool if you did, and mroe power to ya, but it jsut aint gonna happen man. And btw, you may eventually have that kind of development at 25 or 30, but I doubt you can hold it to 45 yrs old.

Your back does have a thicker spread on it but his shouders and arms blow you away man..
one thing I noticed is your ego is bigger though..
Bro I like reading your posts because you do have knowledge but I honestly think you are pushing this one too far.. just walk away.. no one is going to win.
My 2 cents.

I'd say 2.25 inches J/K
Dude you look good for 19.. hell you look for for 35 if that was the case.. Each of us are built differently.. I am a runt compared to many and huge to others.. To each his own. I think we all learn from each other and fighting seems pointless. I would trade my body for either one of you guys.

I don't think he attacked you but even at that bro be cool.. no worries.. you really don't have to defend youself I don't think.. Know what I do when someone does something to me I train harder and get bigger.
I have been mocked and griped at many times here and finally figured out that fighting back does not solve it..
anyway bro keep working hard you are getting where you want to be.

Most guys here can't one out of those four conditions i noted achieved.
Keep on doing what you're doing sir.

Bro, I dont know what your problem is, but if I am reading this quote right and you say you have had 2 cycles at that young of an age, you lose all credibility in my opinion. Just by admitting to that, you show your lack of education, and why you dont know how great rackdeads are for putting on mass and helping to strengthen yourself on other excersises such as squats and deads. How the hell did you get certified?
To the original poster: You look great bro. Thats is an impressive lift, and keep up the good work.

Congratulations on the new record!
You´re thick too, so thumbs up to you sir
Why do I get the impression that some people here are trying to brag about their own body when they should be either complementing others or trying to help them get in better shape? This isnt a competition.

Wow, that is impressive. I do rack deadlifts from time to time, and I have to say that I am very impressed. I hope to work up and be able to do weight like that some day. But until then, I'll keep working hard! Congrats, and I hope you keep working hard and making progress!

You quoted Swolecat's last statement, and then stated that you didnt need any of this and that AR wasnt the only bodybuilding site you can go to. Then you proceded to flip off() the board. The other boards must not be to great, if you decided to edit your post and make your way back over here. I hate to be a snitch, but you were such an asshole earlier, I had to. You wont last here long.

Oh snap! Powerlifters and bodybuilders sure are wasting their time using those worthless cheater rack pulls as part of their training protocols! Stupid cheaters!!!
675 is a great rack pull. I love throwin rack pulls into my routine whenever I can. They are great for improving you 1rm and making you strong as hell for the top half of the movement. Keep lifting heavy!!

FYI:
Omni is history as soon as I get other things here dealt with, there are a lot of things going on these days on A.R. and I have to tend to all of them.
They are more important than some kid mouthing off, so you all have fun with him until he no longer exists. All he can do is post, and that's not worth anything.....
Until then....

Thanks again guys for all of the positive comments. I just wanted to post a picture I thought was cool. I know Im not the strongest guy around, but to me, all those plates look awesome!
One thing that people like Omni need to realize is that this forum is really for motivation. There are men and women in all stages of fitness that post here looking for encouragement, critique or just maybe to show off a little. If your a member you shouldn't be pissing on the posters parade.
