Based On My Avatar
I don't know where the cable is for my digital camera so I can't send too many pictures, I think I have an arm shot on my computer, and my avatar...anyway considering what you see and my age of just about 20, how would you say I ranked with others that have trained as long as me (2.5 years) and others my age. I know it's a hard question but I just want to hear opinons of where you guys think I'm at. Thanks

The answer depends on your goals. But in general you look very good.

i'm too scared to bulk...i'm trying right now but very very slowly...i never get fat when i bulk but it goes to my face which really takes away from my appearance. so i'm increasing my cals only like 250-300 per day. vice that isn't you in your avatar is it? if so thats freakin crazyyyyy

I'll be straight up with you bro....
You have a very pleasing physique. You have very nice lines that are pleasing to the eye and you are very balanced, well proportioned and symmetrical (from what I can see in the avatar at least). On the other hand....You are small. You look pretty thin and are lacking mass than many can and have achieved at your age. I guess it depends on your goals, but if I were you I would jsut eat eat eat and eat clean cals if you are worried about putting on fat. You are young so take advantage of this time while you are still fairly new to training and use it to maximize all the muscle gains you can squeeze out of that god given body of yours. If you put on some fat, just throw in a little cardio or cut the carbs back some. EIther way, to achieve the look you want...it takes sacrifice, even if that means being fatter for 6 months out of the year to bulk before you cut again to reveal new muscle. Again, this is what it takes, but like I said, I don't know what you are going for.

good idea..well honestly because of my height I wanna be 150 at my current bodyfat, so around 9%, that means around 18 more lbs of muscle lol...it's going to be hard. thanks for your suggestions bros
