    Terrible Pic of me but it was taken on day 1 of my cycle

    Took this pic late at night on day 1 of my cycle because I realized I desperately needed some sort of before pic to compare too later. My roomate was asleep and I got pasty white ass skin so I stood in the kitchen and aimed my digital camera at the mirror across the way. The result is a bit blurry but here I am!

    My proportion sucks at the moment but I'd like to put on some good bulk before I worry about fine tuning.

    Stats:

    6'3 220lbs (since the picture I've gained 3lbs and am on week 2 of my Test E cycle of 500mg/ week)
    Benching 275 for reps of 5
    Curling 125 for reps of 3-4 (curling 55lb dumbbells seated for reps of 3)
    Squatting 285 for reps of 5 (Definitely need to get these heavier and my legs thicker although you can't see them in the pic)
    Clean and pressing 170 for 3 reps
    Doing 15 pull ups in a row
    Barbell rows with 190 for reps of 4
    Goal is 240lbs by the end of 12 weeks and keep my bodyweight at 235'ish after PCT for my 1st cycle.

    Will update with new pics every 3 weeks or so. Criticism is welcome, but I do already know my proportion is bad, my size isn't where I want it and my bodyfat is a bit high. I'm my own worst critic!!! =)

    Only thing I can tell from that pic that is your a bit overweight, need better pics to critique.

    Yeah I know. Better pics will be forthcoming in 2 weeks when I take my digital camera to the gym.

    Like everyone else said it is impossible to critique you. If you want to post pics just do it the right way from the beginning and dont be scared that you are overweight. A lot of people who have high bf% always seem to take pictures that are really blurry or in the dark and then ask for critique. Turn your lights on, I mean it makes no sense to me why you would purposely have the lights off while taking a picture, especially a picture in which you need to show as much detail as possible considering you are asking other people to critique your physique.

    rofl...****ers are bustin my balls!

    As posted up earlier I'll take my digital camera to the gym where there are full length mirrors in a week or two.

    I'm not worried about my bodyfat atm at all. I know it's 20-25% range and my goal on this 1st cycle is to bulk up to 240lbs from 220lbs.

    I'm up to 225lbs so far in week 2.
