    Finishing up PCT pics

    posted here in my pct journal. no before pictures as i dont have any. i took these because i think my pct has been very successful (in the last week). 5'7" 190lbs. dont know my bf id say between 12-14% looking to get a bit leaner but dont want to lose muscle either! dont break my balls about no leg shots. i am aware and admit that they lag just a bit. i have trouble gaining size with calves. quads are the only lower body muscle that i can control.lol

    oh ya my main focus which coensides** with trying to drop bf. is that im really trying to get my abs going. i bet someone that i would have a decent 6pack by mid june..

    thanks guy. yes by mid june im starting a cutter going to run prop and tren . thats all i have decided on so far. gotta research a bit more on what others i may throw in there.

    thanks bro. i really dont train my triceps or biceps anywhere near what i used to. my arms are the best genetics i think i have. they never took to much to shape up. over the last year i been doing them but my main focus has been to build up my back/shoulders. i was on a (wide) kick..lol

    thanks guys n gals* lol for the compliment on the tat. i am actually thinking about extending it very soon to go down teh side of my back and have a small peice reach around to my upper ab area lower pec.

    My bi's and tri's get worked while i do back and shoulders i assume because i dont do anything for them either

    I keep bulking anabrolic.. Looking good bro, but a clean bulk would be in line if I were you.

    Agree on the arm workouts, I rarely work arms alone.. Maybe once/month.

    thats what im looking for bro. i am planning on next cycle to shred. im hoping to stay around the 190 i weigh now and drop a 4-5 percent bf!! i think its acheivable. and id look my biggest.

    Update

    dont have current pictures but am back close to the size i was in the pictures from april. my focus was going to be to shred up this summer but i had blown out my acl and been recovering from that all summer long. well i got myself back up as close as i was before surgery. my legs are still weak as im working on that with trainers.
    i am starting this week a cutting cycle which will include, sust, var, masteron for about 12 weeks. i will post more pictures as soon as i see some results.
