    one year progression pics

Last year I was 23yrs 5'11 155lbs, Now I'm a steady 202lbs. From 212lbs. I've done two cycles both the same test, deca , and eq. I plan on training natural for awhile now, I trained natural for 6 months in between cycles last time and kept real good gaines. I seem to be keeping my gaines this cycle as well. Have only lost about 10 lbs and it's been over 1 month and I've been steady at 202-203 the last week and a half I'll get some leg shots up soon.

well, I just hated being skinny and thought I would never gain weight naturally because of my genetics, my dad is real skinny. I was training for awhile naturally b4 gear and I thought I was eating right but it took gear for me to realize I needed to get my diet down before anything. That might sound stupid but getting on gear has made my whole diet change, my whole lifestyle. I stopped drinking and partying, going out every weekend getting f'd up and doing stupid shit. I know I should've trained and gained naturally first b4 gear but I didn't. Do I regret it? No because I didn't know nearly as much as I do now, it just took gear to get me going in the right direction. That probably sounds bad and I don't suggest that to anyone. It just so happens to have worked out that way for me.

Dumb? In the eyes of the beholder...

Was he ready both physically and psychologically to begin down the path of using? Maybe not...

If all of my idiot friends who drink 3 times a week and do rec drugs were to wake up if they were introduced to steroids BEFORE reaching their genetic limits, I'D BUY FOR THEM to get their personal lives back on track.

Living the life of partier and rec drug user has MANY worse side effects and implications than doing 2 cycles before he reached his limits.

He isn't 18 years old, he packed on a load of quality muscle, and now has a lifestyle he is proud of and can use as motivation to stay healthy.

FOR HIM, IT CHANGED HIS LIFE.

There isn't one set of rules for doing what we do, so stop being so damn ignorant that there is one cookie cutter standard for going down the path.

haha thats pretty much what happened with me too, just young and stupid. Gear made me stop drinking/doing rec drugs so as far as I'm concerned it did more good than harm.

people I haven't seen in awhile are amazed, but all close friends say a bunch of bonds jokes and syringe jokes and give me shit. Doesn't really bother me though.

You have a good point, shouldn't have said he was dumb, just used before reaching his genetic potential like you said.

I just have it engrained in my head not to use while I can still grow natty (from reading it on here over and over) that any time someone small uses I think tisk, tisk should have waite....

I was doing drugs and fvcking around 9 months ago and was able to use my diet as a focus, not gear.

But either way, looking a lot bigger than me, and props to that!

cheatin? no that pic was taken about 3 1/2 weeks after my cycle. I'm a lot less bloated actually. And yes it's after a workout I didn't know that was cheating, the back one isn't tho. My gf took that at home.

Thats great man i went down the same road. Its hard when your family freinds and every body else drinks all the time. Im lucky and have a great family that suports me in anything I do, but my friends they just dont seem to get it. They pick on me and just cannot understand why i want to be a bodybuilder. But when its 90 Degres out and we got are shirts off. They are all giving me dirty looks when all the women are talking to me and ignoring them.

Excellent post right here. I would challenge almost anyone on this board that they were not at there so called "genetic potential" before they started to juice. !!!!!

My routine consisted/consists of eating. I eat whatever I can get my hands on. Helps that I work at a steak house too. I would go workout b4 I went to work (well at the time, I still work there two days a week now bartending but I was serving there while on my cycle, I have an IT job now durning the week). I was serving there about 4-5 days a week. So b4 my shift I would eat a 9 oz steak with some carrots.(3 bucks for employee) and then when I got off I would eat a big meal (veggies, salad, and another 9 oz steak or chicken breast). My morning and afternoon meals would consist of about 4 egg whites in the morning with an english muffin or cooked oatmeal. Protein shake about two hours after that. Then for lunch I would eat a chicken salad and a side a bag of carrots or tuna or whatever I had. It varied a lot. I didn't eat the same things everyday except for the egg whites. I eat a shit load of deli turkey too. Then right b4 bed I would eat some cottage cheese and peanut butter and a ton of fruit. Along with half of a protein drink. Then I would wake up in the middle of the night and drink the other half so my body consantly had cals/protein in it.

As far as my workout routine goes,...it varies a lot too. I switch it up every week. Hit every body part different. But still hit the 4 main power lifts. I only work out 4-5 days a week as well. My non lifting days I make sure to consume as much food as I can and get plenty of rest.

lil-slim: I lifted naturally all throughout highschool for football and never got passed 160lbs. I stopped lifting for a few years after that because I was going to school full time. I started to lift again soon after that and tried a lot of supplements like creatine and some weight gainers. I got up to about 165 and then some of my close friends that I played high school ball with started doing gear and getting huge. I was still out partying and drinking and trying to go the gym. Didn't really work. Then I got the flu and lost about 7 lbs within 5 days because I couldn't eat anything. i still worked out pretty hard too and that was the end point. It took me so long to work up to that I thought and it just diminished right away after I got sick. That's when I turned to gear. I know I wasn't at my natural limit. But gear made me change my lifestyle. I'm a healthier person now I believe even with the gear and sit at home and watch movies with my gf and spend all of my free time either with her or at the gym. Plus my college lifestyle is over. I've tried some bad shit in my life, coc, shrooms, weed, a lot of drinking. But I look back now and would much rather do gear than any of those.

first cycle, had a shitty source and didn't know anything about gear, just what he told me.
Only had 1 bottle of each and I payed 400 bucks!!!
    1-10 QVTEST E @250mg a wk
    1-9 QVDECA @300mg a wk
    1-9 QVEQ @200mg a wk
    NO PCT!!

I was able to get to about 185 off of that though, kept most of it too.

2nd cycle I was much more educated and prepared. This was 6 months after my first cycle. Went to mexico and got my gear myself, total cost was under 250 bucks. (this was right b4 all the labs got shut down)

    1-15 QVTEST E @ 600mg a wk
    1-14 QVEQ @ 500mg a wk
    1-13 QVDECA @ 400mg a wk.
Clomid for pct 2 weeks after my cycle.
