    Pic update, still natural and researching.

    Joined AR in 02 and ive been bangin away, eatin and researchin since then. 26 yrs old still got alot of work to do natural but thanks for providin such a great source of quality information guys!

    Ill repost the older pics and the newest ones on the bottom in chronological order. Feel free to critique, slam, flirt or anything else youre heart desires. Thanks!
    Stats NOW:
    6'4" 250lbs between 15-20% bodyfat
    17.5" arms cold
    29" thighs
    38" waist
