    you have not hit any plateau of natural muscle. you only bench 325 that isnt really astonding, not to be mean...i have worked out for maybe 6 months straight and i bench 290. You defintately dont need steroids you look like your 17. if you knew to do cardio and diet why dont you do it? your 260 or whatever if you cut down to 10% you would probably weigh 220(maybe) and thats not very big. what is your current diet? we are all here to help you some people are just mean but mostly we are here to make you reach your goals because we wish for the same. steroids are for when you hit a plateau in your training and can't gain weight they arent a crutch. there are better ways to burn fat. like you guessed it diet and cardio. ECA works to but its not good for you and makes me feel like i hit a rock pipe. haha. you want a diet plan i can send you one its beradi's good stuff recipes and all its a pdf.. does anyone want this acctually i got it when i first started cutting from some nice guy on another forum. good luck and don't do steroids you will regret it. if you don't know an exact cycle layout and pct and everything about steroids dont even think about it... i plan on doing them in a few years after i research them...be smart

    also those pics show us nothing you need a shirtless pic becasue you are probably even heavier than you look in those pics. your arms in front of you just look like hairy boulders with no defintion if you cut to the right weight they would be 16 inchers, not very impressive... 16 inches isnt great my arms are that big and im definatetly not doing steroids and im low bf. you also have no idea about cycles you jsut know a couple of names ive been on this website for 5 minutes and have already found the amount of mgs i should take for the cycle i would want to do. if i were to take them right now. do research you obvisouly havent done squat.

    your not mean @ all buddy...i appreciate you hard advice....325 is a working weight for me, something like 6-8 reps on the 4th set of benchpresses. You talk like you see people hitting weights like that all day, i mean cmon gimme a lil credit. My arms are @ around 18.5 inches now, but you think ill lose 2 good inches of fat if i drop the weight...? i think thats a little absurd dont you...? I would love 2 have u send methat diet, i am always willing to read and learn more and more...What confuses me though thats why i ask so many questions is that eveyone who claims they know what the **** theyre talkin bout gives me different advice....Someone told me to do an HGH cycle while continuing my diet and cardio, and someone told me to do a Test/T3 combo and itll work for me as well.....MY DIET IM WILLING TO TWEAK AND ADJUST AND MAKE BETTER AND MY CARDIO WILL ALWAYS BE THERE NO MATTER WHAT....IM ASKING FOR WHAT KINDA SUPPLEMENTS WOULD BE IDEAL AND SOME FEEDBACK FROM MEMBERS AND ALL I KEEP HEARING IS DIET AND CARDIO DIET AND CARDIO......IDE APPRECIATE SOME REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES AND RESULTS AND SOME REAL DIRECTION.....i feel stupid everytime i read DIET AND CARDIO. its like how unintelligent do you really think i am......anyway sorry for babbling, thats all i had 2 say.....

    1. Yes quite POSSIBLY u would be amazed at how much space FAT takes up LOL

    2. at ur age GH would be nothing mroe than a GIANT waste of money and quite possibly **** up ur endocrine system. unless ur going use 12+iu's a day for muscle growth which is going to cost u an arm, leg and a penis!+++

    3. DONT EVEN THINK OF IT LOL just plain idiotic

    4. supplements? if ur diet is spot on u dont really need SUPPLEMENTS, food is produced in a variety for a reason... so that we may consume everything we need w/o having to supplement for vitamines,minerals, and Anti'O's
    GREEN TEA is crucial for fat loss IMO, but as far as supplements go.. save thee $$$ and spend it on FOOD, food is very thermogenic, and anabolic ! if u really understood DIET/FOOD u wouldnt be asking for supplements.. there is a thread in the AAS forum (it is a sticky) called IDLE THOUGHTS by Mean Mr. Pinnacle or something READ IT 3times over then goto diet forum and begin reading and composing a DIET of ur own that u WILL FALLOW! make sure u fallow it .. composing a diet that will not fit ur daily regiment is assanine!

    5. THERE IS A REASON U KEEP HEARING IT! its because it is the most effective, intelligent method of going about getting the results u want
    BTW diet is 80% of it!

    i typed this all out for you, by god u better adhere to it!

    honestly bro your diet must suck becuase you are fat why dont u do some cardio once in a while. I dont do shit for cardio i just eat right. you probably eat cheese burgers and frenchfries. i used to be bigger than you fat wise and all i did was cut out eating shit and eating right and not im around 11% BF on my way to 8%. dieting sucks and its hard to stick to but do you want to be fat and ugly forever? jsut remember if you lose some weight you could probably lose your virginity too. dont do steroids they wont do nothing because you cant even diet right. most supplements dotn do shit. even clen only raises your metabloism 10% ish so that means those 2000 calorie whoppers are still out of the question

    haha dont fret about the hair juice, that can be rid of easily if you dont want it. someone said earlier that you look VERY old for 20, i wouldnt say you look 'old' lol, just matured, like a man... grrr! im not sure if you think running the proposed cycle will result in more fat loss, but that is not the case. anabolic steroids will aid in muscle-tissue gains, some may say MINIMAL fatloss, or atleast tell me they become leaner whilst on AAS.

    you look strong, but could shift alot more fat, steroids are not the answer, diet and cardio (again!) are. atleast look into clenbuterol and/or ECA also, but dont use them lightly, read up first as the sides can be rather harsh.

    youve done well so far buddy, im very confident that you WILL reach your goals, just hold off on the steroids, as they wont aid in fatloss
