cutting up

I have cut up from 187 peak weight now i'm down to around 169. I havent posted pics in a while, tell me what you think. I feel like I should just start eating and put as much size on as possible.

bud you look great...maybe work toward adding a good solid pound or two during the summer...but hey remember the look you have now is what will get you places this summer if you know what I am saying....save the serious weight gaining for the fall and winter. IMO

yeah, i guess, perhaps i'll just lay off the fat burners and eat right. I was thinking about biotest's 4-AD for a few weeks.

You're doing fine. I wouldn't go out and eat lots. You won't need to up your calories too much if you want to put on some good lean mass.

Do you do lots of cardio? You may want to bring it down a bit if you are.

very little to no cardio. It's just that I got sick and I dropped more weight and srength in the last week than I wanted too. I am taking NO2 with 4-AD-EC. I will post pics in 2 weeks. I have gained some weight beck so I'm aroung 175 but some of it is in the belly

Looks good if I were you I would keep what you have for now and then bulk in the winter when it does not matter if the b/f is a bit higher,gd work though bro ;-)
