id work on that 'mean' face for posing hehe. not sure what you looked like when you started, so cannot comment on any improvements. you are not out of shape, but have alot more work to do before you start to look developed. welcome to the board mate, you will learn alot here

I'd work on the pecs and traps. How are the legs? Bump up the cardio to cut down a bit more so you have some more definition. Strong points: shoulders and bis.
BF guess ~18% maybe higher?

its good for a start. Bodyfat..my guess is 22%

looks like your back and shoulders will develope quicker. just keep at it and lift hard, diet, cardio
