Tren , post up your diet in the Diet forum and let's have a look. Take no offense but something has to be missing whether it be diet/training or rest. Reason I say this is because of the "look" of your body, similar to many of my friends who go to the gym everyday and lift, but then drink/party everyweekend yet still juice cycle after cycle making small improvements.
Usually comes down to the fact that they eat ok occasionally but not for a significant amount of time to see results. Not accusing but rather want to help you transform your physique into what I know it could be.
Your build isn't bad, but you could/should have much more dense muscle on your frame with 6cycles under your belt.
JMO, hope you take this as constructive rather than an insult.

haha, btw my forarms are a perfect example of my pinner ass genetics. my upper arms are just a little under 18 inches now, and my forarms are 13.5-14 inches

Looks good..but not what I would expect from 6 cycles. Maybe the diet is lacking. I agree with Ibdmfkr..post that diet up. I know you talk sometimes about drinking and what not..maybe that has something to do with it? Time to really focus on the diet...

I expected alot better results from someone who has done 6 cycles and gives out advice regularly on the board. Clearly something is missing or something is off with your diet and/or training because it looks like you could have gotten where you are naturally.

bro you're 230 now, but with a hell of a lot of fat to drop. As for the tris people are talking about, i just think you're pushing your arm against your body. I think you need to stay off the cycles for a while, bulking up more isn't really what you need, and i'd be interested in your training and diet as well. This isn't meant to flame you, though i'm sure it sounds like it, but you did say you wanted honesty haha. But with 11,000 posts of advice and 5 (going on 6) cycles under your belt, i just expect more.

I wouldnt be liftin 5 days in a row man. WHy not do this:
mon-chest/front delts
tue-lats/traps
wed-off
thu-legs/low back
fri-bis/tris/forearms
sat-off
sun-off
I love this routine, I can get a MUCH better pump in my arms and use more weight, they already look bigger after 3 weeks.
That IMO can be one of the best routines if you do it right (sets/reps etc)

Diet needs work of course but still I see big size. Arms + chest lookign very huge. I cant seee legs but I'd start hitting the forearm a bit too. The thing is most people like to bulk then cut. You just want to continue bulking and it makes it harder for us to see you look more ripped but big at the same time cuz you dont want to cut yet.
your goal is 19" arms I believe You will get it. Do as you wish cuz its your body!
I would cut if I were you though and get a nice tan too you bum

As long as you dont have any existing injuriess and are dedicated, you have a lot of potential. Yer bigger than most guys as of now too. You aint small or nothin.
