    Daytraders new pics

iknow ive been a little pic whore latley sorry guys lol... i think ill start a log like nova did, those are pretty cool... so anyways... i was "cutting" for a little bit at around 2.2k cals a day... realised i was getting too weak and thin and i hadnt built my base effectivley yet to "cut"(i have a long 6'3 frame to try and fill out)... so new game plan... im back to 26-27 hundered cals a day and interval cardio 5 days a week... cals come from mostley chicken and brown rice... with sweet potatoes, oats, 2 cans of tuna b4 bed, salmon, flax and fish oil and eggs... basic clean foods.... im going to stay around this cal level for a few more month and gradually raise it to around 3.5k a day were ill stay for a while.... basically what im trying to say is no more all out bulking than cutting for me... clean bulk for the rest of my life is what ill do lol... soo heres my new pics...

you can still go with the plan listed if you want just hopefully adding all kinds of veggies. if you feel yourself getting bored with it and just cannot contain the urge to have real food instead of robot food then go for it and alot yourself a cheat day/meal. just make sure that day falls on both cardio and lifting. still i find that you have accomplished a tremendous amount and if you keep going you will soon have the body that you so desire. and natural if i may add, which gives you a heck of a lot of credit. keep it up.

Thanks al ot for the support guys....it really helps.... i gotta admit though its not easy staying natty when you love this sport, especially hangin around AAS boards, honestly i almost crossed a few months ago, had my stuff ready and everything... however, i held off thanks to the advice of the guys here to wait for a while.... No matter how much i THOUGHT i knew about training and diet for the first 3 years i was training , i didnt really know dick till i started coming to the boards around september!.... So the way im treating it ive only been training Seriously for not even a year...... Id like to compete some day down the road... when i get some muscle maturity goin on, and i start using supplements..... but until then im going to keep training and learning.... thanks again guys ....

dug up this old pic of me too.... 3 yrs ago when i first started lifting at 18 1/2,,,, thought i was a beast... not quite lol
