UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

Try this section. I would really work on putting on some weight, but keep your diet clean.

the way i see it, its best to eat a clean bulk diet when not on cycle, then once you get some gear in you, eat a dirty bulk for the majority of your cycle, then cut for the last week or two. imo thats the most ideal way of achieving that seemingly unnatainable goal of being swole and skinny.

seems that you put on some descent weight over the past 6 months. I would try and up your calories and keep bulking. This does not mean that you can eat like crap, you still need to follow a good clean diet. Interested to see your workout program.

read pinnacle's rambling thoughts. DO NOT eat a dirty bulk is what I say...that's what I DID and it was hell getting cut down. CLEAN bulk is the way the way to go.
What are your goals? Do you want to be the size of a powerlifter or shredded?

Some people may agree with you, but I personally I think it's fine if your complete nutritional program is in order….

    DS
I think you may need to look at your diet a little closer, try to bulk cleaner don’t ad extra calories to your diet with fatty foods ad more calories with things like turkey, chicken, even fish.

I’m not saying your diet is bad at the moment or that you ant doing this already, just some thoughts bro.

Remember you get out what you put in.

Same thing happened to me when I first started... I bulked and bulked but mostly what I did in first year was gain 30 lbs and waist went from 31 to 34 which means I too put on 70% fat in general. What I suggest is just plan to keep your weight exactly where it is now, it is easier growing muscle when your body fat is somewhat on the high side (dont be suprised if you arent minimum of 21% body fat right now), and use the next year to slowly convert the fat weight to muscle weight. You'll know you are ready to gain more weight when you are still at the weight you are now and your waist line is back down to 31.5 to 32 inches... dont tuck the tummy when measuring, let it hang out loosely.
