Here's 2 pics of me 3 weeks out.
Im now 2 weeks out and conditioning has improved. I'll post up some pics as the comp gets closer.

you look awsom man, i wish i could hit those vaccume poses like arnold and ed used to, that is awsom that you can do that...

what weight class are you compeating in..... also what is your height, i would like to get an idea of waht the guys i will be compeating against will look like, because this will be my first comp..

Im 5ft 8 and about 166 in those pics.
Im competing as a lightweight so i have to get down to 158. Im already 164 now and still have to cut out sodium and creatine so i should drop 4-6lbs of water very easily.

sweet, i think i am gonna try to get in at like 170 or so..... so i guess that is like welterewight....

I guess so. THere are only 3 weigh classes in my fed, so if you dont get down to 158 you have to do the middles.

You've a great shape there prime, nice and balanced. You remind me of Frank Zane the way you pull your abdominals in in your front bi's pose. Keep up the good work, oh, lose the beard...lol.
