    8 weeks after comp @ 240

    Here are some pics I took today. I'm 29 5'5" 240. I just did a show in NYC june 3rd placed 6th in the LT Heavy @ 190. We are 3 weeks out from a huge powerlifting comp in Chester WV Aug 19th should be awesome. I'm looking to do a 700 squat, 565 bench, 550 deadlift (not a very good deadlifter - small hands)

    well right now I'm sucking down at least 2 DB quarter pounders a day plus a few Serious Mass shakes by (ON) For training we are only doing primary lifts squat bench and deadlift EOD.

    we are the same height and when i got to 220 my bp was THROUGH THE ROOF! scared the crap out of me. your not worried about the extra stress on the heart and all? looking huge by the way.

    Well......I'm on BP meds........I only plan to stay this heavy for 3 more weeks. Then contest prep time fun fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah man, if you are on BP meds I'd highly advise against the fast food in those quantities.

    Powerlifting is something I love to do in the offseason. Seems like I get huge super thick everywhere upper and lowerbody. I'm only 15%bf @ 240 not bad. My next BB show is November 4th NYC. Then I'm going to take the winter off (no comps) my body needs a break. Wish me luck comp is Aug 19th Chester WV (USPF)

    I just went to the Dr. today blood work is great BP is much better.... plus I only have 3 more weeks then back to pre contest diet.
