    yeah i have ran a few cycles ..

    i have ran .. a few different tests .. deca .. d-bol .. eq .. and i tried winny ( wasnt too crazy about it ) this is actually me fairly lean .. not my leanest thow .. i was sittin at about 188 and leaner from about 215 pounds .. im starting to bulk now hopefully to hit 225-230

    with a cycle of course .. i dont know how many people are able to pull that off naturally .. right now im bulking without juice .. by december i will probably start a cycle .

    looking good but the traps need to be trained more. IMO it makes you look smaller.

    the pic looks good, traps need work tho.. dumbbell shrugs and back shrugs on the smith and u'll be set

    i will start doing heavy shrugs .. i stoped workin traps because my traps were much too big for my shoulders so i been workin on my shoulders to even em out .. now the traps are overshadowed .. so i will just work them evenly

    looking pretty lean, now work on the size, i'd like to see you at 220-225 while maintaining the bf%. You'll be a monster at that weight.

    yeah it will prolly take a while thow to hit that weight .. since im trying to do a clean bulk .. my body fat actually decreased for some odd reason and im bulkingg now my body fat is around 7% now

    i know you guys have been askin for pixx of the wheels .. only reason i didn't really wanna show em is cuz they shrunk down .. i havent worked out legs in a few months .. my first leg workout will actually be tomorro .. this is whats left of them .

    Legs aren't bad. Nice shape on them. I do remember them being bigger but they're not out of symmetry with upper body.

    im lucky because i bike ride a minimum of 10 miles a day .. i think if i didnt .. id be in big trouble lol .
