My Cutting Results (only AFTER PICS)
Hey bros,
Done with My cutter of 18 weeks (originally planned at 14 but had to go extra cuz wasnt seeing results in time!)...
Let see, started out 200lbs 25% BF and ended 175lbs 7% BF.... This is not by any means my first cutter or cycle..but it was my first cycle after 1 full year break from gear AND 6 months out of the gym! As you can imagine, I lost almost all of my gains but muscle memory brought it back pretty quick.
I did Prop, EQ, Var, Clen , T3 ; Starting PCT/Rebound Diet AND an IGF1-LR3 cycle this week! For diet and rebound info check this thread:

I am sorry for no Before pics, was too embarassed to take 'em... Also, you may notice loose skin on by lower abs...inevitable I guess after starting out obese (although it is better than the first time I cut in '04)...ALso Didnt have time for PICS OF WHEELS...will get to it this week...so hold on!

looking very good bro. i see what you mean about the lower abs, but still looking great. there will be ways to remedy that problem. congratulations on your success

As for training, I did a 4 day split and AM cardio Everyday (except sunday)... My training was medium to high intensity 6-10 reps although towards the end, it was a given that my strength would fall cuz of low carbs in the system.
