Quit being lazy and workout & diet correctly for a few years, Once you do this....CALLED HARD WORK, you will make gains.

I used to be way bigger bros. But I got arrested and all I've been doing is working 10 hours a day and eating Taco Bueno once a day for food.
All that is stopped.
Now I workout daily and eat better.
My body is already more defined since I started working out again 3 days ago. I will post better pics.
Any advice?
I am fukin fat. THose pics are bad pics also, I look better in real life. Will add updated pics

Ok history on me since people don't understand:
I liked to workout my whole life but last year I got a gym membership. I went from 158 to 174 in a 9 months naturally. Then I took breaks and drank too much.
I was stuck at 174 for 3 months and couldn't go up. I took a 5 month break and went down to 168 and lost strenght but kept most muscles.
New for today:
I am 171lbs now. Muscle memory is great
Took 10mg in the morning and 5mg pre-workout
about to take 5mg now after my workout.
Why do you think I am wasting dbol ?
What should I get for PCT?
Today is my 3rd day

You have no base at all your too small. Your dbol will go to waste because it shows you have no dicipline(and dbol shouldnt be taken alone) your liver is going to hate you and the day after you stop the dbol your going to lose everything you gained which is mostly water weight. BTW what does eating better mean? and you barley have any training experience if you only worked out for 2 years on and off. Also the weight gain your seeing is alot of water

How old are you anyways, I'm guessing not much older than 18-19? Think about aas after you have researched and have a much larger frame.

I try to be nice but this post is just retarded. You have been training and eating irreguarly, you drank too much and you were in prison eating Tacos every day. And now after 3 days of "hard work" you want to cycle Dbol . You are foolish to think that AS could benefit you. If you new anything about these compounds you would realise they are just the icing on the cake for someone who has trained hard and eaten hard for a lot longer than a few days. I would love to see your diet - I'm willing to bet that if you put more effort into diet and less into doing AS you would benefit greatly.

You seem like You wanna learn and improve you body which is good.
But honestly, Steroids right now are not what you need. You would be surprised at what gains you can get from diet alone. With a proper workout routine and diet, bro you could have steroid like gains naturally. Don't study up on steroids, Study up in the diet section , and workout section of the forum. Read through diets and workout routines and make your own plan, then post it and let others critique it. They will correct whats needed to be. After this man, you follow this plan day after day, and in months you will see BIG!!!!! gains naturally. You don't need to take aas and flucuate your hormones. Right now you will do more harm to your body than good. And your steroids gains will be short lived and leave you due to improper training habits you have now. Like i said READ in the diet & workout forums then come up with a routine, and follow it strictly. After doing this for half a year you will be VERY satisfied. And if not you can research up on aas , and decide what cycle to run. You will have a better base thena nd will be able to maintain gains better post cycle then.
