Not many...my firt ever bulking cycle was supposed to be one year ago exactly from now, however i hurt my back before the long esters kicked in and had to stop all training for 5 weeks so that one was cut short after 3 wks...i ran a short Var cycle for 6 wks in the spring and followed that up with my first real cycle during my last contest in july 2006.....so
only 1 real cycle and it was a cutter....only 8 wks long

4yrs of training is quite impressive.. I've seen guys who train for years with little to no results..

Good to see you making constant progress.

That's what I was about to say! Your natural pic is quite impressive. What did you change? Whatever you were doing while you were natural was working quite well.

Thanks bud!!! honestly some users wouldnt want to hear it but my knowledge about contest prep and dieting back then was nothing compared to what it is now---i used mostly shakes as my meals!!!! with only a couple whole food meals a day....i didnt take any glutamine, no BCAA'S (LOL)...No flax oil or o m e g a s, No anti-estrogens, No MCT's...and my carbs sources were a little wacked!!! Hell i even used dairy for part of that diet!!!!!!!!

Quite honestly some users look like shit.

Some of the biggest and most cut guys I've ever know simply worked on caloric and fat control. It almost makes me think all of those physiologists who say bodybuilding diets are bunk were correct...

Yea honestly man, there were so many thinigs wrong with that contest prep/diet that it makes me wonder sometimes...hell i didnt even do cardio twice a day, just once, mostly 30 minutes 5-6 days a week at a moderate walk....!!!!

By the way, i ate plenty of protein bars ED on that diet too--something that is never recomended these days....!!!

Most protein bars are crap. I do agree with that! Still, your results don't lie.

You should have used Chex and KFC chicken strips (they are packed to the brim with protein)!

Honestly i think the less you know about dieting the better off you are

In my early contests my supps (egg & milk protein; lecithin; b-complex; dessicated liver; kelp tabs; b-complex) and diet (potatoes and tuna all day) were primitive and i was shredded!

As i've said in a number of other threads.. On the message boards guys are over thinking everything.

I Dare you to go back and do what you did before

Not discounting what you've accomplished to date by any stretch of course.

I myself am trying to return to what i did prior as well.
