Thanks man! Yep completely natural, no diuretics, no anti-estrogens, nuthing, just protein...had to take a urinalysis and polygraph for that show!!! Lol...

only 1 real cycle and it was a cutter....only 8 wks long

I always knew i would use anabolics i just wanted to wait till i was ready and knowledgable enough to do it the right way....but my passion has always been for bodybuilding and advancing as far as i can while keeping it safe....CD

4yrs of training is quite impressive.. I've seen guys who train for years with little to no results..

Quite honestly some users look like shit.
It almost makes me think all of those physiologists who say bodybuilding diets are bunk were correct...
By the way, i ate plenty of protein bars ED on that diet too--something that is never recomended these days....!!!

Other carb up sources were grits with cheese!!! hash browns with ketchup!!! This isnt so bad since it was Post -workout but i was using a creatine formula with 60grams of sugar as well until about 2 weeks out....
