what do you think my body fat percentage is. i think it's a little high and i need to cut down some but wanted to see what everybody thinks. also if anybody could critique me and let me know my weak points i would much appriciate it.

right on dome. you think i'm that low. i'm holding weight around my midsection and got some pretty good love handles. these pics do me pretty good justice as far as hiding my body fat.

looks to be around 14 to 15%

Looks around 15%. Do a lean bulk diet. Do not cut, once you've cut you would have no muscle left. Gain some size this winter then cut afterwards.

You have 15% which is the condition the Navy prefers for entrance into military. Maintain your diet as is, use exercise to grow muscle, this will gradually adjust this percentage on its own towards 10%.
