Bigger,Easier photos to see of me
Hey I posted a picture of me earlier but it was small, as I hadnt worked out how to blow it up to a bigger size.
Alot of you asked for better pics but also more pics of me, so here they are.
Once again though these pics all taken on camera phone, so not the best quality, but you can still see ok.

90kg i though you would weight more than that. but your bf is low. awesome bro i'm so jelous. i'd love to be that size. i'll get like that one day. how often do you train? i'll be asking alot of work out questions cause that's where i need some knowledge. also i'm reading the workout sticky's too

Like I thought my arms were 17 inches, then my gf got the tape measure out and they are 19!
I workout 5 days a week, split routine, one body part on one day so,
Mon - Chest,Calves
Tues- Back
Weds-Day off , relax , sleep , eat all day
Thursday-Shoulders,Traps
Friday-Arms
Saturday-Finnish the week with legs
Sunday-Rest as legs always wobble due to hard leg training day before.
And thats it, I used to pair chest with triceps, back with biceps.
But that never worked for me, id always rush through exercises because id be thinking oh ive got biceps after this t-bar row, what should I do.
SO I dont like training that way, Now I concentrate 110% on the body part im doing that day.
And I love training arms together, for me its the only way, but everyone is different, i get best results this way
I start by doing one tricep exercise, then bicep, then tricep with superset another tricep exercise, then back to bicep, then last triceps normaly weighted dips, then last bicep, workout takes about 45 mins.
All my workouts take 45-50 mins no more, I go in no talking to anyone, rest about 1min or 2 inbetween sets, just enough to catch my breath, and workout really intense, using supersets, drop sets, pre-exhausting,going to failure, cheat reps, using all these things in my workout.

You look very impressive man and 90 kilos!! you look heavier than that but that's kinda comforting cause I wanna get to about 90 k myself and if I can look like that i'll be super happy. Congrats man...those tats look savage as well.

That's the difference between mass and quality mass. I have about 20lbs on you and look nowhere as big - and i'm 5'10''!. GJ.
