    18 and training for Northern ireland nationals next year, ive only ever done one cycle of M1T.

    1 suggestion may be to work on your traps- looks like they are a bit behind your back

    STATS sittin at 16 stone at the minute not sure of bodyfat but quite lean.

    been traing for about 2 years now but have started taking it serious since last march when i saw my first show!

    yes pal needed that there..Def goina get them brought up! any sugggestions!! currently doing taps with back 2 sets of shurgs 10-12 reps..aslo doing dead and the usual so there also hittin the traps..ne suggestions?

    don't limit yourself to a specific # of reps, and go to failure. I would also do about 4 sets- switch one workout with barbell shrugs, and the next with dumbell shrugs, and really squeeze at the top of the shrugging motion- that should work really well for u

    maybe try some single and double reps on deadlift for a while... see what maximal what can fill out in your back...

    Holy sh*t Phil, I can't believe your only 18, you look really good, great shot of your lat spread from the backside. I'd like to see more pics as you closer to your show. For only training two years you have a lot of size and good shape. Keep us posted....your gonna kick ass!!!

    Could be a bad pic but your right lat looks much weaker compared to your left one, it looks like you need more lower lats on the right side..good work tho...CD

    lookin good for your age bro....keep poundin the weights. Traps & bis need to b brought up some but you look good.
