Cardio is good. I have an eliptical machine in my house so I've been getting up early and hoping on there for 30 minutes. In the afternoon I've been mixing it up with either 30 min Bike or 30 min speed walking. This weekend I'm gonna go hit cardio hard on my off days. Unfortunatly I work 12 hour days so this basically consumes all my time. As soon as I'm off I lift, cardio, come home eat then sleep, life is good. LOL I will take my next pics in the same lighting as the first ones though.

I am, I do cardio as soon as I wake then eat meal #1. I have actually added a little extra protien to my diet to prevent muscle breakdown. Right now I am happy with the diet as I haven't lost any muscle, actually I feel I have swelled a little, muscles feel tight, no weakness during my workouts. I'm really happy that I am having minimal sides from this stack. One cramp that wasn't too bad and one very minor headache. I am up to my full dosage of Clen /T3 now BTW. Once again thanks for the input!

My goal is to get to below 10% BF. I figure that would put me at 195 lbs. That would be 30 lbs weight loss. Thanks for your support!

Took the day off from weights and only did 20 minutes of cardio. But I have a 3 day weekend and my wife is working so I want to hit it hard all weekend. Also pretty proud, had my cheat meal at Applebee's for the week, drank water had a steak and Salmon combo and didn't eat any starch/dressing bullsh*t. I know it sounds small but for me to eat my cheat meal and not slip at all is pretty good. Especially considering how I used to eat/drink! This log has helped alot because I know if I cheat you guys will know (I would log it, promise).

Stuck to my diet as planned yesterday except I missed one meal in the morning so I just added some extra protien in my other meals. Weighed myself today. Last Friday I weighed 227 lbs. Today I weighted 221 lbs!!! I'll take my next pics on Suday as promised (in sunlight this time).

Yes, I like it. I experienced some sweating at first but now I just sweat like crazy when I am doing cardio. The only real side effects I have had is one cramp while lifting and one headache that may or may not have been clen related. Hands shoke just a little first day or two. I've felt worse taking an ECA stack than clen. It deffinetly gives you a buzz when you take it. I like that though.

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Shoulders
    Day 3: Arms
    Day 4: Off
    Day 5: Back
    Day 6: Legs
    Day 7: Off
One week I'll use heavy weight/moderate reps. Next week I'll do something different like supersets or drops sets, then go back to the heavy weight/moderate reps workout the next weeks. I try not to do the same exercises two workouts in a row for a body part. What type of scheme do you have?

    Mine is:
    Day 1: Chest and Triceps
    Day 2: Back and Biceps
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Shoulders, Abs, Forearms
    Day 5: Rest
    Day 6: Legs
    Day 7: Rest

My number one priority is trying to allow sufficient rest to the muscle groups. for instance, day 1 & 4 are the only time i touch triceps and shoulders... I find that i perform best when I don't overwork the "push" link (ches, tri, shoul) in my body. You can also see that my back and leg days are 4 days apart as well, to rest in between squatting and deadlifting... I find that it's easier to go to the gym when I feel fresh and loose...

What are your thoughts on that? I mean, I see you work certain things several times a week, but it is seeming to pay off for you... I just personally cringe when i think of doing your routine.... having to do legs the day after back... or arms the day after chest and shoulders... Have you found rewards in this? Are you allowed to go very heavy and hard at this frequency, or is this part of your cutting regimen?

Before I started cutting my workout split was almost identical to yours, except I did legs on day 5 and took 6 and 7 off. I switched to this split to try to get an extra day in of lifting for metabolism reasons. I actually like doing back and legs two days in a row because back is friday night and legs is saturday so when I'm done I don't have to worry about work and I feel I get the most rest on the two body parts that are putting the most stress on my body. I go hard everyworkout and this split hasn't effected my energy. But once I get done cutting I will deffinetly go back to my old split so I can get all the rest I need to grow. I'll keep posting my weights on here so you can see if I'm gaining, if I start running into recover problems though I'm gonna switch back.

That's cool, and I've switched it around too before for hope filled metabolic reasons! Point blankly, it sometimes seems that overtraining is in my mind, and the more i bust my ass (and longer) the happier i feel about my physique....

I can deffinetly tell when I am overtraining. If I have a couple of workouts in a row that are just sluggish and I start feeling tired all the time I'll skip a day and go to bed early to catch myself back up. That doesn't happen too often though, I think two days a week off are enough if you've been training for a while. I also alternate my workouts so that I'm not going heavy every workout. That helps me because I'm not going to failure every time I lift. Do you do the same workout every time? Personally I like supersets and dropsets when I'm on my light week, sometimes I do negatives but not that often.

Why would I eat more and do lower reps if I am in a cutting cycle? Sounds like bulking to me... I have been practicing your last peice of advice. Unfortuntly my wife wont let me bang other chicks so I have to stick to banging a lady. Good advice though.

Today is my off day so only cardio. Tomorrow I'll be doing back, keep you guys posted. Thanks for the input everyone!

Alright, been sick as hell all weekend, had a fever and just felt like doodoo. Had to stop taking my clen /T3 saturday and sunday cause I was already fvcked up and I didn't want any reactions with the medicine I was taking. Still felt like ass today but did my hour of cardio and started the clen/T3 again. No weights today though, will start again tomorrow no matter how I feel. Pics NLT wed.

i think a good idea would be to keep taking the t3 no matter what... i dont think you want to periodically stop that... the clen it is ok to go on/off

You're face was looking a bit pale in the first set, and judging from the second set you should lay off the A bombs. j/k
Looks like you are getting some good tone keep it up!
