Intruducing the dedic8ed1 in humilating fashion
These if I dare to associate the word progress with this are my progress pics with Anavar ,low carb high fat high pro no junk,highest dose 80mgs last 2 weeks.Total of only 5 weeks between pics.
I don't feel it very neccessary to go to into depth of my diet training and cardio.But I started training again back in august my back felt strong enough to get back into training again so it was time.When I stopped training due to severe pain in the disc area of my back I was 175 and at what the handheld bf%machine tested me at was 12% and was probably the leanest I've ever been.And now I'll be taking another break for about 6 weeks to rehab my lat due to severe pain from an old injury which was just a sprained back but because of this fuked up bed I sleep on it seems to be agervating it in a major way,it's at it's most painful when I wake up and if I really wanna get my physique to where I wanna be I'm gonna do the smart thing and take it easy with the training,stick to my diet and cardio and take all appropriate measures to fix the problem the best I can in order to start training fulltime again in January.From my injury alone I sat around for almost 4 months and put on 25lbs of slop,Damn what a fat fukin bastard I am now I wish I would've took some pics when I stopped training Owell ni time to dwell only time to acell.
I love the sport of bodybuilding outside of being a father and trying to make a decent dollar there's nothing else"NOTHING ELSE".I got an old pic somewhere on my bro's comp back in 2000 when I was all about pressing big weight and I was juicing real hard,at that time I was doing
Sustanon 250 at 750mgs a week
Deca 300 at 200mgs a week
D bol at 50mgs a day
I was 230lbs and bloated like a tic,there was maybe only two or three dude's in the house where I was training that could out press me.I was pressing 315 for 15 but I could only put up 365 for 3.Those days are over,the real acheivment in bodybuilding lies in dedicating your lifestyle around strict diet cardio and training like an animal to becoming chiseld to the ground and peeled to the bone,for me anyway.

You look good bro. I'm out of shape myself these days due to some crazy work hours and trying to start a buisness. Luckily when i start training hard and dieting i get it back pretty quick. All in all you look good.
