I did my show on Saturday, but I didn't crack the top three so I will be doing the provincials again next year. I plan on hitting two more shows this year in late October and first of November. I will post some show pics shortly.

You looked good at the Ontario's. It was a very competitive show overall. I know you are not discouraged and will come back better. You definately have potential. BTW your husband is a cool dude.

Hi..Wondering if I could ask you some questions..My boyfriend and I are about to start our first cycle. He is all set but I am curious as to what would be the best for me..I am already fit but looking to gain muscle. I have been told that winstrol would be my best but would like to get a second opinion from someone who looks like I want to look! What do you reccommend (juice), dosage, how long of a cycle?
