Wasn't going to post 'em but a couple bros said i should.

Weight: 205 lbs
Current phase: maintenance.This semester has been hectic..so my training and dieting have been geared not around growing.. but rather around not losing.
Bodyfat percentage? I dunno.. but Faiz claims that he sees abs in those pics

I was bulking..then about 2 months ago i came down with a serious bronchial episode..then bronchitis. I've been an asthmatic all my life.. but this was the worst episode i can remember.
Couldn't eat... couldn't train much.. couldn't sleep. Lost 8 lbs.
I'm more or less recovered..and still heavily medicated (4 bronchial inhalers etc.)
The episode prevented me from attending class and such so the work really piled on.. so i had to switch to a maintenance training/eating phase.
If my gains had continued as they were coming i'd probably be sitting around 215-220 right now. Maybe i'll resume after Christmas. At this rate however my off-season'll be too short. I may not compete next year.

There're some guys here at my school gym with some HUGE arms... I think maybe when i start bulking again i'll prioritise arms.
Personally they don't look big to me... They don't carry that full thick look that i admire

My legs and back are way smaller than they usually are at this weight
Just trying not to get any skinnier while school is messing with me as it is.

Looking good C.. Still holding a decent BF and look like you've put on a few lbs of muscle and are taking a nice overall shape.

Nark you're lookin swole, and looks like you've put on some size..
And undecided, just because 3-4 sets works for some people, it doesn't work for everyone. The majority of people I know with larger arms incorporate ~8 sets into their arm workout.

Ofcourse man, but I was just making a point...and even still 8 sets of bi's is not a lot, I would say most do at least 10-12 on here, and that is overtraining, IMO....

I normally do 3-4sets but it's at the end of a heavy back workout so they are indirectly worked throughout the routine.
Depends on which routine I'm doing to determine how many sets will be preformed.
